APPOINTMENT RULES – PLEASE READ ENTIRELY

Please review the following rules before scheduling an appointment. As I work alone without employees, I may not be available if you show up without notice. Scheduling in advance is essential.

1. Why Appointments Are Necessary

   • I am a breeder, not a pet store; I balance appointments with other daily commitments.

   • I limit appointments to one or two puppies at a time to protect their health and safety. Bringing multiple puppies into an unfamiliar environment can expose them to diseases like parvovirus, which is highly contagious and can linger for years.

   • Many of my puppies are still young and may not have completed all their vaccinations, making them more vulnerable.

   • Managing several puppies at once is difficult, so I limit the number shown. You may view one puppy or two siblings. I will not show two puppies from different litters.

   • The $10 appointment fee ensures commitment, allowing me to prepare for your visit and focus on serious inquiries.

2. Important Guidelines for In-Person Appointments

   • Be respectful, as we reserve the right to refuse appoinments.

   • Puppies must be at least 2 months old at the time of your appointment.

   • Limit your party to no more than 4 people.

   • Inform me if you’ve recently had a dog with a contagious illness.

   • Let me know if you’ve been in contact with puppies from other breeders.

   • Appointments can often be scheduled as soon as 2 hours from your inquiry, as long as we confirm details and receive approval by text or phone first.

   • By scheduling an appointment, I can plan my day more effectively and prepare the puppy or puppies you wish to see, including bathing and getting them ready.

3. Video Call Appointments

   • Advance scheduling is required – Just like in-person visits.

   • Limit to one puppy or two siblings per call – To ensure focus and minimize stress.

   • A stable internet connection is necessary for a smooth experience.

   • Calls are limited to 5 minutes – This allows me to accommodate other appointments.

   • The $10 appointment fee applies to video calls as well – Ensuring serious inquiries and preparation.
